Centre) written by Francois Lamontagne, September, 2004.
The
commentary presents a compelling business case for hiring aboriginals.
Lamontagne findings note, that although aboriginal people have
made considerable gains in increasing their educational levels,
their employment record continues to “lag behind that of
non-Aboriginal people, and recent trends suggest that the situation
is not improving”.

This
book is an easy read and gives employers practical solutions for
dealing with sexual orientation in the workplace, including strategies
for helping an employee who plans to transition from one sex to
the other. It includes best practices and the business case for
advertising in the lesbian, gay, and transgendered market.
